This week at our school is Teacher Appreciation Week. Each day students do or bring something in to show their appreciation for their teacher; today is bring a handmade card. I know Teacher Appreciation Week happens around the states as I hear about it from many friends that I know. Growing up as the child of a teacher, I know how much work goes into the job both in the classroom and after regular school hours. I have such an admiration for teachers and everything they do. If you are a teacher and are reading my blog, here is a huge THANKS for everything you do!Anywho, I made a 6 variations of cards using these AWESOME Michaels Dollar Spot epoxy flowers. Now, I've gotten much more disciplined in those dollar spot purchases and don't hop on the lemming train quite so easily anymore. However, when I saw these fun epoxy flowers I just had to pick up a couple fun containers of them. I may just head back for more! Using a layout I used around Valentine's day, and changing up the hearts with these flowers, I put together 6 cards rather quickly this morning. Brett will be taking one of them for his teacher, and Morgan will be taking the rest for her junior high teachers.
