Celebrate your day, buggy style! I made this card for Beth's Featured Stamper Challenge over on SCS. Now this challenge is a Sunday challenge and Beth lives in NY, so it's Sunday there, but not here in SoCal, we're still fairly early on Saturday night. While Jay was out playing poker and Morgan at a friend's birthday party I played along, Brett was hanging out on the couch giving me color suggestions. Well, just one, he wanted a purple party hat on the orange buggy.
I chose this card and kept the layout and ribbon placement, but changed everything else. It's pretty straightforward stamping using one of my favorite stamping tools, the Stamp a Majig. It makes for lining those bugs up perfectly on the letters and the little hat on the pumpkin bug. Oh, and a straight sentiment, too! This card is for my niece who loves blue and green and nothing frilly, it will be perfect!
Keeping this short and sweet, Herbie is on the Disney Channel and Brett and I have been watching it together while I was stamping.
ETA: someone asked the dimensions, finished it's 6.5 x 3.25.
