Special Delivery~

For a little girl and a little boy. I made two of these note card sets (set of 8) to give as gifts to 2 friends of mine: one is having a girl, the other a grandson. Idea for note card from my stamping buddy, Michelle Wooderson.

Cards are single layer note cards and do not open. A more relaxed way to send a thank you note. The onesie is paper pieced, heart is colored in with a marker, and glossy accents applied to heart. Back flap of envelope is stamped with the onesie to coordinate with the note card.

In addition to the cute travel set being released by Kim Hughes over at Cornish Heritage Farms next week, there is also a wonderful baby set called Baby Love being released. The onesie is just one of the many adorable images in this set. The sentiment on the tote is also part of this set. The thank you comes from Making the Grade, a new set featured this month.

Totes are the ones that were featured in PaperCrafts March 2006 issue and everywhere else some time ago.

Tomorrow I'm heading to that fantabulous store I mentioned back a bit ago and taking a fun afternoon class. I can't wait to just play with someone else doing all the prep work! YAY!
See you tomorrow Michelle!

These are adorable Val. Thanks for sharing. I'm so jealous that you're going to Paper Tales (I think that's the store you mean.) I was in San Diego last weekend visiting from Orange County and didn't get a chance to get over to the store. I'll definitely make time this summer. Have fun!

These are so sweet. Kind of makes me wish I was having another baby so you could send me one. Well, maybe not.

These are really cute. I never think about just making a "flat" card that doesn't open. Great idea!!
