Mini Accordion File ~

Where are the hours in the days going? Seems like I've been so busy running this way and that and haven't had time to play. I made this Mini Accordion File the other day, just for fun. I used this tutorial as a guide, but changed up a few things:

Mini Accordion File

I did not wrap the paper around the chipboard, instead just applied patterned paper to both sides. I rounded the corners of the chipboard, as well. And the tabs go down the center of each file pocket instead of staggered like the sample in the tutorial. In addition, the original tutorial was made using the original Scor-Pal, so the accordion pleats may be made much easier now.

Speaking of running around, off to get Brett from his morning Robots and Reactions camp and then prepare for a birthday celebration here on Wednesday night for my father in law.

Have a Terrific Tuesday!

This project is stinkin' cute!
Did I miss a step with the word window punch for a slot? I didn't see it in the directions, but I am assuming this is how the cardstock slips from the back and holds the folder closed. Please advise if I'm wrong. I re-read that tutorial over and over and couldn't find that step.(now I'm cross eyed!)
Thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much for your tutorial. To too cute! I didn't have a scorpal so I used your dimensions with a cheap cutter and used a score blade. Work to a T. I also didn't have a word window punch, so I used a cropadile and used the largest hole punch.
Thank you, Thank you very much! This is going to make some great little gifts. Going to fill them with stamped images. For my stamping friends.
Thanks again, Ms. T
