p.s. It's the first time I've used the SU! Scalloped border punch, what a scraggly mess - I hope it improves! Of course, up close and personal in the close up it sure looks worse than irl.

That's odd Val ~ my scallop punch works very cleanly. Maybe clean it up a little by punching through some foil? Goog luck! I love mine and hope you ended up loving yours too.
I use my SU scalloped border on nearly every card I make these days and haven't had any trouble. Since this is a new punch, I would give SU's customer service a call--they're very nice.
