Anchor's Aweigh and PSA Guest Designer ~

 Today I have the pleasure of being a guest designer for PSA Essentials

 I had to chuckle when I read that no it does not stand for Public Service Announcement, it stands for Paper, Stamps, Accessories. :) 

Brett has a teacher who is about to have a little boy.  I know that they are fans of the ocean and all its offerings, so I knew that making a boxed gift set using PSA Originals Anchor's Aweigh would be perfect!   I left them as general purpose cards without sentiments to give her options on how she can best use the cards.

Poppy Birthday!~

 California Poppies are in bloom all over the hills, tucked into sidewalks, and along roads and trails right now.  They are so festive and bright!

I took a picture of these poppies while we were on a bike ride last week.  They are pretty invasive in a home garden so I enjoy them elsewhere. :)

I made this birthday card for a neighbor with the poppies in mind.

I'll tuck it into her mailbox while she is off celebrating at Stagecoach up in Palm Springs.
